Shipping Policy
Thanks for shopping with Leaf and Bird. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1--3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
During new launches, sales, and holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
International
We currently ship to select international destinations. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Canada: 7--14 business days
- United Kingdom, EU, Australia: 10--21 business days
- Rest of world: 14--28 business days
International delivery times do not include potential delays from customs processing.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder, and then email us at hello@leafandbird.com.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the destination and shipping method selected. The carrier for your order will be listed in your shipping confirmation email.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, email us at hello@leafandbird.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost in transit
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please:
- Check with neighbors, doormen, or anyone else at your address.
- Look around your property (including porches, garages, and side doors).
- Wait 24--48 hours -- carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive.
- Contact your local carrier with the tracking number.
If your package still can't be located, email us at hello@leafandbird.com and we'll help you file a claim.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@leafandbird.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Stolen packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to refund or replace confirmed-delivered packages that are later reported as stolen, but we're happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.
International Orders: Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping rates.
If a package is refused at customs or returned to us due to unpaid duties, we can issue a refund for the product cost minus the original shipping charges.
Returns to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up from the carrier, or refusal of delivery, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees apply) or issue a refund for the product cost only.
Shipping Delays
Occasional delays happen due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods around holidays. While we can't control carrier timelines once a package leaves our warehouse, we're always here to help track things down -- just email us at hello@leafandbird.com.
