We do our best to respond to every message within 1 business day (Monday through Friday). Messages sent over the weekend or on holidays will be answered the next business day.

Before You Reach Out

A lot of common questions can be answered quickly on our FAQ page or in your order confirmation email. Here are a few things to check first:

• Order status or tracking? Check the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order shipped. It includes a live tracking link.
• Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible at hello@leafandbird.com. We process orders quickly, so we can't always catch them before they ship -- but we'll do our best.
• Returns or exchanges? Visit our Returns page for full details on our policy and how to start a return.
• Product questions? Each product page includes ingredients, sizing, and care instructions. If something isn't clear, let us know and we'll help.

What to Include in Your Message

To help us get you sorted as fast as possible, please include:

• Your order number (if your question is about an existing order)
• The email address used at checkout
• A short description of what you need help with
• Photos, if something arrived damaged or incorrect
